Factory warranty
Understand your factory coverage
RIPPA's factory warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Coverage ends when the time or operating-hour limit is reached, whichever comes first. The limits vary by model and component.
Some components have shorter coverage periods: seats 3 months; rubber tracks, injectors, batteries, sensors, lights, pins and bushings 6 months; rollers, sprockets, motors, pumps, valves, cylinders and hoses 12 months.
RIPPA's factory warranty covers eligible replacement parts. Labor for diagnosis and installation is separate. You can pay for that work as needed or use available hours from a Western Range Service Plan, subject to its terms.
Misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, and structural or welding repairs are excluded. Ask us for the full warranty terms for your model.

Western Range Service Plan
Plan ahead for maintenance and repair labor
The optional Western Range Service Plan gives you a prepaid balance of labor hours when you buy your machine. Use it for eligible warranty repair labor, routine maintenance and diagnostics during your plan term. Parts and other excluded costs are charged separately.

Use your plan hours for
- Diagnosis, removal and installation labor for eligible RIPPA warranty repairs
- Routine maintenance labor, including oil changes, greasing and inspections
- Troubleshooting in our shop or by video call
- Other eligible service labor, subject to the plan's written terms and exclusions
How it works
- Prepaid hours are valued at $125 per hour, compared with our standard $150 shop rate. We deduct time in 15-minute increments and give you an updated balance after each visit.
- Once you use your prepaid hours, additional eligible labor is billed at $125 per hour for the rest of the plan term.
- Ask whether your service plan can be included in financing. Availability depends on the lender and credit approval.
Put unused hours toward your next machine
Buy another new machine from Western Range Equipment during your plan term or within 12 months after it ends, and the value of your unused hours goes toward that purchase, up to what you paid for the plan. For example, 15 unused hours is a $1,875 credit at $125 per hour.

Credit applies to a new machine bought from Western Range Equipment LLC during the plan term or within 12 months after it ends. Original plan holder only; no cash value. Credit never exceeds what you paid for the plan.
Service plan terms
Hours are valued at $125 per hour. Listed hour balances are rounded for display; confirm the exact opening balance in your agreement. The unused-hours credit applies once per plan, only to a new machine purchased from Western Range Equipment LLC by the original plan holder during the term or within 12 months after expiry, and never exceeds the price paid for the plan. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Parts are excluded from the plan: eligible warranty parts are supplied by RIPPA, and non-warranty parts are charged separately. Damage from misuse or accidents, structural and welding repairs, and work excluded by the factory warranty are excluded. Kubota engine repairs may be handled under separate engine warranty arrangements. The plan term matches the complete-machine warranty for the model. Full terms are provided at purchase.
